I used Legacy Scoutbook to enter all summer camp awards as soon as we got home in July. Scoutbook correctly shows that the scouts in question earned the Stand Up Paddle Boarding award. Today when I was in Scoutbook Plus I ran a report for items not awarded and noticed that the Paddleboard award is listed. Figuring that I must have forgotten to check it off as awarded after our Court of Honor last month, I tried to update the records in Scoutbook Plus but when I open up the Youth Profiles it shows the award as not having been started. So then I tried to enter it as completed I get an error message that says “User award can not be created because Award or Award requirements already exist for the given userID.” How do I fix this?
More importantly, why were we forced to move to Scoutbook Plus when it clearly doesn’t work and is riddled with bugs? The old system was more user friendly and easier to navigate in pretty much every way.
