I made a mistake in Scoutbook Plus, I put the wrong date in the Scouts’ final completion date. It was approved and awarded.
How do I delete the rank and put in the correct dates?
@KeithVolz an Admin can Unaward > Unapprove > Change Dates (as long as there are no newer ranks completed) then reapprove > reaward
If it is a buried ranks (Tenderfoot but Second class is also complete.) - you would have to do it for all ranks in order

You have to remove the Life dates, first. Then you can correct the Star dates.
There are no dates in life yet, just Star has the wrong dates. Everything has been completed or approved. I tried to find a way to edit or delete.
Unchech the boxes next to awarded and approved, then save. Then you can change the date. You might need to do the same for at least one of the individual requirements.
