"Your position(s) and related permissions do not allow you to perform this action" on messaging and calendar event menus

I (removed by Moderator for privacy) was recently assigned permissions by a key 3 to access messaging and calendar editing in Scoutbook Plus, but whenever I go to the Messaging page or click the Add Event button, the following error appears 3 times:

When I hover over the positions/roles text in the unit dropdown (which as far as I can tell is the only way to see assigned permissions in SB+), the permissions for calendar and messaging show up:

For the messaging page, I can still access the page itself, but the recipients popup appears blank no matter which filter options I select:

The calendar also shows a blank selection list, and all the “Select All” options are grayed out, though it still allows me to create an event with no attendees and that event shows on the calendar.

I reached out to the Key 3 in my troop, and they mentioned that they didn’t see anything wrong with my permissions in the new Permissions Manager interface.

Not sure if there are any other reported issues with youth permissions (I haven’t seen any other than the advancement editor bug), but any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks for the help,

GH

Try clearing cache and/or an incognito window.

Tried clearing cache, incognito, and different devices entirely. Used Chrome and Firefox on a Mac and multiple Chrome instances on Windows.

@GHarriss ok we will take another look

@GHarriss so you SEE add event - but if you click it you get errors?

I can see the add event button, but when I click it I get the errors. The only grayed out section is the select attendees part(I can change everything else). I can still click create event and that creates a new event with no attendees.

After creating the event, this is what the attendee list shows:

OK that is what DEVs saw too - it is reported
