Hello, I am wondering if anyone can help me figure out how to troubleshoot a youth member not the Troop roster showing up in Scoutbook that is on the Troop roster in my.scouting?

Ok, She is back on the roster, but name is spelled wrong and it says “daughter of” and below that says “son of” and then on both lists the correct mothers name.
@DeanLa_Berge those are both things to talk to council registrar about fixing
@DeanLa_Berge The Scout’s name appears to be spelled the same way in both councils.
She does have a nickname/preferred name. If that is spelled wrong, it can be corrected in Scoutbook Plus. The Scout can also change it at my.Scouting under My Profile.
