Looks like the last topic was from 2020 so posting a new thread with the SYT Report link from My.Scouting is producing a 404 error for the last 2 days.
Cleared cache, cookies, etc. and no luck.
my.scouting.org bugs need to be reported to your Council staff so they can open a ticket. Unfortunately the my.scouting.org team will not accept bug reports directly from volunteers, even the SUAC.
@AdrianDLG For which unit are you getting the error message? The SYT Report is working for me. Sometimes I do have to log out at my.Scouting, then log back in again.
It looks like you are registered as Committee Chair, but you also have the Key 3 Delegate functional role for the same unit. Committee Chair is one of the unit Key 3, so you do not also need the Key 3 Delegate functional role, which delegates permissions to you that you already have.
Yes, I’ve tried to remove that delegate status and it gives me an error.
Did you try to remove it via my.scouting.org Position Manger tab on the Roster page, Scoutbook Plus Position Manager link or some other way?
What happened when you tried to remove it? Did you get an error?
I tried it through both. my.scouting.org gave me an error. I had also tried it on SB+, and it said it had updated, but the change was never reflected.
I just tried again on SB+ and it said it accepted the change. I’ll have to check back tomorrow, as it said it takes 24 hours.
