Issue:
I logged into my training:
https://my.scouting.org/tools/my-training/ypt-training
and saw that my YPT training is expiring in november:
Completed 11 / 09 / 2022
Expires 11 / 09 / 2024
i clicked “Retake course” and completed all modules and passed the exam
This page: BSA Learn Center
now shows: Last completion: 08/16/2024
this page: BSA Learn Center
also shows the 3 modules and the exam as having been completed today
HOWEVER, this page: My Scouting
still does not reflect the fact that the training was completed today.
It should show a completion of 8/16/2024 and an expiration of 8/16/2026. However, it is still showing the old information.
I just dont want to be asked to do it again in 3 months because something didnt get updated properly.
