Welcome! This forum has a treasure trove of great info – Scouters helping Scouters! Just a heads up, though - all content, information, and opinions shared on this forum are those of the author, not the BSA.
I have a district member who completed all four mandatory modules for her YPT certificate as shown on a screenshot from her dashboard she sent me.
However, my.scouting only shows the test as being completed, the other 3 modules are to be taken.
She completed everything yesterday so the sync should have taken place by now.
Also, she’s using her primary BSA ID (129124659)
It would be better if that screen showed 25% complete YPT expires MM/DD/YY. It should only show 100% if all 4 modules have been completed a new time. Once a module is retaken, it should reset the training %.
Her certificate expired yesterday and she says she did watch the videos and do the quiz along the way.
When My certificate expired, every did reset, not just the exam so I’m confused by your answer @DonovanMcNeil
@TimothyRogers . I renewed my certificate just fine last month. I’m the district’s YPT champion and contacted my member (Bianca) this morning. The screenshot is hers.
Possibly because they went in after completing in July and hit the enroll causing it to reset date as the system will do that thinking they are going to retake the learning plan modules. Is part of how recalculations are done back to my.scouting.

Hello. I am an adult looking to complete my YPT. When I logged into my.scouting the YPT videos and questions didn’t load. I navigated to the topics page, but when I clicked on the topic I was given a blank white page. Nothing loaded for 30 minutes. Does anyone know how to work around this bug?
Do you have any ad blockers activated? I’ve known several people who have had blank training pages because of that. I’d recommend turning them off, and perhaps also trying a different browser as well. Chrome seems to be the preferred favorite.
