100% trained leader still no Flordalee in Training

I have a unit Troop 777 Girls with 100% trained leaders but they still do not show the Flordalee in their unit dashboard??

@DavidLafko - the term is actually fleur-de-lis. So they are looking at their unit dashboard. They can click into the not trained to see what is missing.

Hi, thank you. Yes, and when I click into that, it does indicate 100% trained leaders. So i’m not seeing anything that’s missing, that would be preventing that from being displayed

The Training fleur-de-lis is based on your SM and CC being trained. If for some reason either position is currently vacant, you do not meet the criteria. (just something to check)

Ok thanks both are filled and both are fully trained. Is anyone able to look? Hawk mountain council troop 777 girls

There chart says 100,% tained leaderss

@DavidLafko there is no Staff that supports these forums - talk to your Council

Thanks Donovan. Was hoping it was like the scoutbook forum where people can go in and see what the issue is and help resolve it.

Council just said give it more time to catchup

If you can isolate issue to a few users we might be able to see

My council published a Unit Metrics giant spreadsheet that shows exactly the data that the FDLs are calculated from. Unit Metrics – Michigan Crossroads Council | Scouting America I know it’s a long shot, but you can see if your council does anything similar.

@DavidLafko - there are 11 Troop-G #777 in the system. Could you please tell me the Council you are with and your charter organization?

@RonaldBlaisdell - it appears to be Council 528

While the chart that @JillBarr mentions on the Michigan Crossroads site is handy, this same chart can be seen in My.Scouting on your unit dashboard, by clicking the “i” icon next to the words “Unit Metrics”

@KevinDouglas hawk mountain council 528 i belive their charter partner is st johns church

Its the girls troop 777

Well than thanks for everyones help it wasnt when i started this chat. Lol but i do see it now

Thanks everyone

@DavidLafko I think the Scoutmaster renewed her Hazardous Weather Training (SCO_800) yesterday. Sometimes it takes 24-48 hours.

Thanks 48 hours i keep that in mind.
