I have a unit showing in Commissioner Tools that they are 100% Trained but the Training section shows that they need to complete Training. How does Training get updated in Commissioner Tools?
@RussellSchow are you looking at the “fleur d’lise” for training or are you looking at the training pie chart? The scouting emblem shows if the unit leader and the CoR are trained.
I was looking for the “flieud’lise” because the unit’s scout leader and CoR are fully Trained.
Just to clarify, It’s the “unit leader” and the “CC” (not the COR).

One thing I have heard people say, is that the Unit Leader is trained, but when I ask if their Hazardous Weather is up to date, they think it not neccessary for older leaders. That exemption expired last year.

Well, the leader training report does not have a Committee Chair. I only show Russel Schow as the CoR, and trained in D72, but I do not see Committee Chair training, either online, or in person, on his record in the training report.
