I tried to renew both my and my daughters registration, Started renewal. Got “No organizations for renewal are active.”. Clicked on “Manual pay” and got “Error generating paperwork. Please try again.”.
Tried using three different browsers. Cleared browser cache. Unable to renew since nothing worked. Could this be due to something on your end or am I doing something wrong?
