Welcome! This forum has a treasure trove of great info – Scouters helping Scouters! Just a heads up, though - all content, information, and opinions shared on this forum are those of the author, not the BSA.
I recently took over Cub Master for our pack and have 2 accounts in Scoutbook and 2 myscouting.org accounts that I need merged. Both use the same email and one has my SB User ID as 12695214 with BSA membership ID as 14562902. This account is a basic account that I got when my kids joined.
The other account was created when I signed up as a committee member in January. The SB User ID is 13586442. It does not have my BSA membership ID for that is 140769257.
Please let me know how to move forward with merging these.
@ShannonO_Halloran_Pr this is fixed. - I recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up your children. When they look up your children, they want to check your children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that your children are connected to you as parent with Only your correct BSA member ID number 140769257
@ShannonO_Halloran_Pr In addition to what Donovan said, I would recommend that you contact your Chartered Organization Representative (COR) and ask that person to use the Position Manager to update your registered position to Cubmaster. The Position Manager is accessed by going through the pack’s Roster at my.Scouting.
