I seem to have 2 user IDs and member numbers and its causing communication issues.
I actively use SB User 10770362, member # 133453098 but the other leaders see me as SB User 13606792, member 137497049. Same email. How can we correct this?
@CharityMabrey this is fixed - I recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up your children. When they look up your children, they want to check your children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that your children are connected to you as parent with Only your correct BSA member ID number 137497049
