Multiple IDs

Hey there, “My Account” gives me the “Warning, another user is using the same email address…” warning so I contacted the Troop leader and found out that I have multiple ids associated to my email.

If would be great if you can merge them to clear up the mess.

@FarahJamil ok that is cleaned up - I recommend that They contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up the children. When they look up the children, they want to check children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that children are connected to parent with Only the correct BSA member ID number 13999691

@DaveTober ok you should be fixed - use the user name not the email to login
