2 Profiles for Same Parent - How to delete duplicative one

Hi Scouting.Org,

For one of my scouts, I’m seeing a duplicate profile attached for myself to my Scout. The duplicate is a misspelling of my name and I’d like to delete it altogether. I have tried to do it on my own with no luck. I’ve also reached out to our webmaster who says this issue has to get addressed by Scouting.org.

I have uploaded a screenshot to show the issue. Please help!

@AshishRaina this is fixed - I recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up your children. When they look up your children, they want to check your children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that your children are connected to you as parent with Only your correct BSA member ID number 133875153

Adding Sunil (who is our web administrator) for visibility on the fix made here. I can see now the ID linkage was key and not sure how that duplicate was created.

I am the scoutbook lead for our troop not the website. Did you have an issue with website? Our webmaster is Laxman (you will see his contact on our member website)
