For one of my scouts, I’m seeing a duplicate profile attached for myself to my Scout. The duplicate is a misspelling of my name and I’d like to delete it altogether. I have tried to do it on my own with no luck. I’ve also reached out to our webmaster who says this issue has to get addressed by Scouting.org.
I have uploaded a screenshot to show the issue. Please help!

(If you are reporting an issue with My.Scouting, please include all of the following items so we can better assist you:
*2) Windows 10
*5) Troop 33 - Ashish Raina - 14144547 (BSA Member ID) and 12367179 (SB Member ID)
@AshishRaina this is fixed - I recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up your children. When they look up your children, they want to check your children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that your children are connected to you as parent with Only your correct BSA member ID number 133875153
Donovan, thanks so much for your help!!
Adding Sunil (who is our web administrator) for visibility on the fix made here. I can see now the ID linkage was key and not sure how that duplicate was created.
Thanks again for fixing this very nagging issue, much appreciated
Thanks Donovan as always very helpful to address these issues.
I am the scoutbook lead for our troop not the website. Did you have an issue with website? Our webmaster is Laxman (you will see his contact on our member website)
@SunilMurthy - what website are you referring to?
Hi Stephen, I was referring to our troop specific website. Sorry didn’t realize the response got posted on the forum. Pls ignore.
