Long story but I had a unit from another council try to invite me for merit badge counselor sign off
Somehow I now have 2 scoutbook accounts
Correct account

They both share the same email address

@bryanwelty I Assume they made you parent of a scout there as well?

Not certain they do not use scoutbook. Their troop
I asked them to give me full control

I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green dot with a number 1 > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)

Are you able to merge 7226450 (Troop has on file) to the login for 12446198 (Login the scout has)?
This is for my son, but his last name has an " ’ " in one account, but not in the other. Should contain the " ’ " unless the system cannot handle it due to query and scripting protections. Need to keep all the data in the 722 account, but use the login for the 1244 account. Thanks
