I am noticing that some of the adventures for Cub Scout ranks are showing the old requirements in the scout book app while others are showing the new requirements. Is there something I can do for this?
Is this just for one scout, or multiple? If you provide some Scouting America member ID numbers (no names, please!) for impacted scouts, and the adventures that are on the wrong version for each scout, that will help with diagnosis.
What do you see when you look in SB+ or run a Cub Scout History report?
I am not sure if it’s more than one scout. I’m just looking at my son. I have included some of the screen shots from the mobile SB for the required Webelos loops. You can see some do them are the new program and then some are the old. The ones that are the old program open at first with the new program but then glitch and revert to the old right in front of my eyes.
