2nd SB account

Hi SUAC,

Please investigate the below accounts and let me know next steps for resolving their problems.

  • Scout, MID 140136689, seems to have two SB accounts.
  • Dad, MID 140136609 - Is he connected to the proper scout account?
  • Separate issue, don’t know if this is affecting the above - dad registered, but his registration has disappeared. A ticket has been submitted to national weeks ago.

@DougWright to find the other account if you see it - look at it in Legacy SB - look at profile and get Scoutbook User ID

Seems the father renewed this week maybe

@DougWright The father’s registration shows as Is_Current=No, so there is some kind of registration issue.

Thank you for working on this @DonovanMcNeil @JenniferOlinger.

Our registrar tried to fix David’s missing registration by adding him to the pack. He is missing again today, so that didn’t work.

Looking at Send Message in SB, there are two Oliver’s listed under David. I can’t see the second account for Oliver.

@DougWright well I do not see it - not even a double connection - so I think nothing to worry about
