I have been trying to complete my Den Leader training on-line. I have tried for more than four days on two different devices to complete the Hazardous Weather Training portion of the course. I have partially completed the course 6 or 7 times now and when I get to the Windstorm or Hurricane portions of the courses, I receive a 494 error. I am even tried in the middle of the night in case it was too much traffic on the site. I would greatly appreciate it if this problem could be rectified so, I could complete the course in time for our re-certification.
Any suggestions on who to contact?
TIA

Bill, Thanks for the suggestion, I tried that before but, I did exactly as you suggested. I can see the Hazardous Weather Training and that it’s 60% completed. When I click on it and it asks to go back to where I started it’s forcing me to re-start the entire 41 minute course again. I have done this no less than 6 times and the course stalls out at Windstorms or at Hurricanes. I don’t understand why it happens sometimes at one and other times at the other. I am leaning toward a website issue and am hoping there is a way to contact someone involved in maintaining the website/trainings.
I appreciate the help.
Best Regards & Happy Thanksgiving!
Thank you Bill!!!
I did manage to complete the course. The 4 squares spun and spun and spun trying to load. I was finally done after 2.5 hours for a 41 min module. I sure hope that whatever the issue is, it is fixed soon. Thank you for your help.
