One of our den leaders lives in another council and does her training on that council’s login to My.Scouting. She says that she has her other council’s ID listed in her login for our council in the Manage Member ID’s, but her training is not showing up for Hazardous Weather when I run my training reports. She sent me a training report from her home council showing her completions and I forwarded those to our Council Training Chair.
Tonight he called me and said that he cannot put in training for courses that are only offered online. He made it sound like a system limitation.
Is there some other way to get the training in besides her taking the training in her login for our council?
