Hazardous Weather Training from Another Council

One of our den leaders lives in another council and does her training on that council’s login to My.Scouting. She says that she has her other council’s ID listed in her login for our council in the Manage Member ID’s, but her training is not showing up for Hazardous Weather when I run my training reports. She sent me a training report from her home council showing her completions and I forwarded those to our Council Training Chair.

Tonight he called me and said that he cannot put in training for courses that are only offered online. He made it sound like a system limitation.

Is there some other way to get the training in besides her taking the training in her login for our council?

Hopefully I’ve explained the situation, but please ask any questions if clarification is needed.

@DavidParker7 Have her log in at my.Scouting and use Manage Member ID to set the BSA member ID number for you council as primary for about an hour, then switch back to her primary council. This should trigger the process to copy her training onto her primary BSA member ID number, but it might take up to 24 hours.
