A Leader/Cubmaster assistant Disappearing from Roster and Scout Book

One of our leaders and Cubmaster Assistant had disappeared from the roster and scout book. I looked them up in the scout book using their ID but it states user does not exist.

@SaraBENABACHIR - are they still on the roster at my.scouting.org ? If not it is either YPT or registration issue.

No they are not on the roster
