Adult Leader Missing from Roster

Hello. We are missing one of our leaders from our roster in Scoutbook Plus, even though he appears correctly on our roster in my.scouting.org. Can someone advise on how to resolve this issue? His member ID is 141572214 (NAME REMOVED BY ADMIN.

It looks like registration was just changed yesterday so I would suspect a sync today - I will force a 24 hour sync also
