I have a scout that has disappeared from our troop roster. She had also had a crew registration disappear. I had the scout log into her my scouting account and her registration info is gone there although we can’t even see her memeber ID still. Any suggestions?
Without a member ID, it’s tough for the SUAC folks to look anything up. The youth should be able to see her Member ID when she logs in to my.scouting, though, so you might be able to get it that way.
My first thought would be a call to the council registrar to make sure that the youth is still registered. Given that her my.scouting account no longer shows her unit positions, though, that suggests she might have lapsed for some reason.
I have the id number if needed. They seem to indicate it would have lapsed, however, this occurred about the time she would have been registered to a crew and for some reason this year we have been having a situation where those that are dual registered are showing up as not being registered at all or all secondary registrations wiped. Do you need that ID number?
Please post her Member ID (no names) and we will investigate.
141133182 is the ID number. I can typically see Scouts that have lapsed and I can’t see this one.

There are no current or past registrations with that number. I’m going to send you a private message so I can get more information to try and locate the Scout.

That’s crazy! Thank you so much. I can actually go back in history and see that scout with that number when ranks had requirements checked off but when I click on it, the registration has gone. It’s the weirdest thing.
