I have a leader that for the better part of the past year has continued to show up then disappearing from our Pack Roster in Scoutbook Plus and in myscouting Position Manager. What should I do?

@MichaelEdwards10 this is a talk to council issue - call the registrar in your council.
I did and they told me to contact you guys.
This is a council issue - if they do not know what to do THEY need to turn in a membercare ticket – and talk to registrar - not District Executive.
The only guess I could even make is the Criminal background check has not cleared.
Okay, I will take this information back to them. My guess is they will tell me to come back here again.
You have gotten the only help that can be given here.
Because our tool is telling us IsCurrent=No it says there is something wrong with his registration. Only your Council registrar can determine the issue and fix it.
@MichaelEdwards10 - they most likely will not be on the roster at my.scouting.org. it could even be an issue with the SYT training as leaders are suspended when that is not current
