We have a parent displayed two times in Scout Book, the second entry has same email address but the first name is misspelled. This happened after he registered online his second child into our troop.
Could we please get help to fix this?
You first need to contact the Council to have the misspelling fixed. Once that is done, post the BSA Member IDs or Scoutbook User IDs (located in the profile just below the BSA Member ID) and we look into Scoutbook issues.
