A scout created an adult account instead of accepting parent invite, how do we merge them?

Can someone help me remove the “new” account the scout created so he can actually connect to his account?
WE are trying to get all scouts in our troop to utilize scout book, we trained the parents how to send the email invite and instead of the scout reading the email he created a separate account. I see both accounts in scoutbook the new one plus the one he should be signed under in scoutbook. however i cannot remove the new one he created or end it so we can start over. any help is much appreciated/

Please provide their bsa member number (no names)

128423812 is the acual scout account.
The other account he created was 134… but i can t find it now. I was trying lots of different thibgs last night i may have removed it from scoutbook or something

Now they dont see anything. What happened?

Okay so i have SB numbers that maybe will work better.
The extra one created is 11528996 ( which is wrong).
His actual number is 7757999.

And now his parents cant view any of his things because they are being linked to the 115 number…

Please help!!

I onky habe one bsa number now. The other number has disappeared. I think because he created a SB account it didnt give him a second bsa number

Are you saying dad can see him now?
If so ill have him check tomorrow since its late
