Would it make sense to to have a banner or a pinned post at the top listing Council Specific Technical support channel. Either an email or web address can go there. These could be added by the individual council by request. If council has not supplied maybe a line saying your council has not added this information yet.
Council admins do have an “edit council banner message” feature
BSA does not even supply a contact council - kind of beascout - they rely on Google. I think Councils need to make it clear on their own websites if they want it
