Access issue as Committee Chair

I am the committee chair and have access to “everything” in SB and SB+. I have only one scout in my unit for whom I am receiving this error. All the other scouts, everything is working just fine. Her BSA number is 141115735. Can something be done so I can make edits to her profile and update her advancement, MB, etc.

@SarahBlaesing will look - I would also try an Incognito window too

@SarahBlaesing I think on that scout - she is daughter and mother of her mother. Council needs to clean up the relationships

I’ve tried a hard page reload, cleared my browser, and tried incognito mode and chrome and edge. The council has double-checked the parent relationship, and I’m still getting the error message.

A Developer found one thing I have never heard of is missing on that scout so they are investigating that
