Parent here and I suddenly lost access to scoutbook plus and cant access my sons information on th IOs app either. My Member ID is (removed by Moderator) Central NC Council.

@SeanGalianese Your Scout’s registration is expired / lapsed. It looks like it expired / lapsed on 07/31/2024.

any idea how do i renew that? I never got an email notification or anything.
Start with Unit Leaders or your Local Council Office @SeanGalianese
Are you getting that error at both https://advancements.scouting.org (SB+) and https://scoutbook.scouting.org (Legacy SB)?

Your son’s registration expired on 7/31/24. Contact you run unit leaders or Council for assistance.
I registered him again and got the confirmation email that gave me his member number. I was also able to connect to him in the old scoutbook, but cant click on his name in the app or on scoutbook plus. On scoutbook plus it says my account doesnt have access. His registration did lapse on 7/31/24, but got his confirmation today.
All I can tell you is what I see in the database. His registration has lapsed. It looks like the renewal was not processed. I recommend contacting your Council office for assistance.
