I accidentally deleted a scout in scoutbook. I tried to transfer in scout using his BSA ID but it did not recognize the BSA ID. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to Menu -> Administration -> My Account -> My Connections and look to see if the Scout is there. If he is, you can click on his Membership link to add him back.
If not, was he a member of your unit or another unit?
