Hello, My scout ID is (removed by Moderator). I am the Scoutmaster of a Troop that started in Sept but am a long time user of Scoutbook. I show as Scoutmaster in my.scouting and have access to my roster, but do not show up correctly in Scoutbook. This issue is causing me to not be able to utilize the Calendar as it only recognizes me as a parent and not the scoutmaster. Our troop admin has tried to add me as a leader but Scoutbook says it cannot find me.
Please help?
@AngelaThibedeau Please log all the way out, then log back in again. You might also need to clear your cache.
Please contact your local council and ask them to look up your child (or children) using the Registrar Tools. In the “Relationships” tab / section, you should only be listed as parent under your primary member ID number.
