Duplicate account in Scoutbook needs to be merged

We have a recent Scout who is appearing in Scoutbook twice with the same BSA# but different User IDs.

BSA ID: 134907854
User ID: 12432409 this account needs to be eliminated / merged with the 2nd one, below

BSA ID: 134907854
User ID: 1638203 this account needs to remain as it has the accurate membership info.
