Hello! I submitted our recharter with ACH payment on Dec 14 and as of today (Dec 22) there have not been microdeposits made to our bank account to finalize the payment.

My council IT support states its a 3rd party issue with their vendor and my bank; and washed their hands clean of all support. I thought “A scout is helpful”
Your council needs to send in a National Support ticket for it
