Hi, I’m fairly new so I’m sorry if this is a silly question but I saw during one of the training modules that the Den Leader version of Scoutbook will send out a completion email when the scouts finish an adventure. Since I use the regular version, I assume that isn’t happening? I didn’t get an email when my daughter completed her first 3 adventures.

So my question is; where can I find a template to send this type of email out myself? Is this even something that exists?

Scoutbook does not have the ability to send e-mail when advancement is completed.

Yes, that’s what I was trying to say. The training shows it using the Den Leader log in but I’ve discovered it is not there in regular Scoutbook.

My actual question is if there is an official thing I can copy and send out manually as my girls finish adventures.

We do not have direct access to that - but you can write up whatever you want
