Activity Reporting not displaying correct camping nights / or OA eligibility report

I also have an issue where some scouts who have transferred from other councils where when I run an individual report, all of their camping nights show up - 67 of them. When I run our Troop or our OA eligibility, the scout only has two nights which was from our Troop only. The scout has minimum 15 nights of camping the last two years and one summer camp.

My guess is the information from his old council did not translate up to our council for Internet Advancement? Or is there some other trick?

OA MIGHT just be looking at your unit? What is the URL of the OA Report you ran and what is the BSA # of the Scout - that will help developers, and no one can open the URL unless connected to all the same scouts as you.
