We achieve this as my wife can login and I can see what parents see, but without that, I wouldn’t be able to see what parents see. It is great being an admin “super user”, but important to know that a parent only has access to their child’s permission slips and not the whole Troop’s (for example).
Unfortunately, the way Scoutbook was originally architected, this would require almost a complete rewrite of roles and permissions. I will add this to the backlog for when the permission system goes through an overhaul but it will not be in the foreseeable future.
What I recommend is using an alternate e-mail address to create a separate account that is setup as a parent, or as you are doing, using a spouse’s account.
