@La_ToyaJackson-Johns Yes, there have been changes since April 2020.
Is the MBC trying to connect himself to the Scouts? Or is a leader in the unit trying to connect the Scouts to the MBC?

I was the Coordinator for the Colonial District MB Jamboree. The jamboree was paperless and all MBs were signed off in SB. Note: I viewed the link you provided and trained all of the MBCs on how to connect to scouts.
I provided all of the MBCs with their scouts’ BSA IDs and the MBCs connected themselves to the scouts registered for their sessions. All except for Mr. Husband who did not have an Add button.
It would be a great feature to add a registrar function to SB, so a MBJ coordinator could connect scouts with their MBCs.
@La_ToyaJackson-Johns This MBCs registration expired 1/31/23 - that is why SB is messing up (or acting correctly).
