The Add Connection button is not showing up. Followed the steps from a previous post Add Connection Button not showing up for MBC - #10 by JenniferOlinger
My Account → My Positions → + Add the MBC position. Yet, there was no Add button under My Scouting Positions.
This counselor is in the system because I was able to connect him to a scout today. However, I cannot locate him using the MB Counselor List.
The counselor renewed his YPT on February 1, 2023. The BSA ID on his YPT is 121458739. His SB User ID is 4366813 and it is not displaying a BSA ID underneath it.
@La_ToyaJackson-Johns what is the SB User ID of the Scout you are trying to connect?
This is a counselor from my MB Jamboree and there are six scouts that he needs to connect. Also, we want to resolve the issue of him not having the Add button anywhere.

Well the first # is not in a Troop - have these scouts had the MB started in SB yet?
Most likely not. Many units are not encouraging their scouts to use Scoutbook.
So are you in their unit?
Or are you trying to connect from the MBCs Connection Page
I am not trying to connect them. Their MBC is trying to connect to them and he does not have an Add button.

Then the MBC needs to get on for best communication and not 3rd party

@MarkHusband when you go to Scoutbook.scouting.org > Dashboard > My Profile > My Connections - do you see this? Where it says Add
No I see everything you showed except the Add button.
I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green dot with a number 1 > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)
That is the wrong page. That is My Positions - NOT my Connections
