Looking for help creating a Login profile for Scoutbook for a new Scout. In our Troop, we encourage the Scouts to update their advancement progress in Scoutbook themselves whenever they get sign offs in the handbook. The SPL also uses Scoutbook to send email communications to the rest of the Troop. It’s important for the boys to have their own Scoutbook profiles. The Scout is my son and his email address is already assigned to his account. His Scoutbook details are also already connected to my Scoutbook profile. However, when I tried to set up a new login profile using that email address, we only get an error message when logging in with that information. The message says “Warning, another user is using the same email address.” Well, yeah. That’s the point isn’t it? Why isn’t that account being linked to the login account with the same information? Any help or tips are greatly appreciated.

Thanks. I’ll give this a try. It was much easier when I set this up for my older son 3 years ago.
@RobertFore that is fixed - you made a new account but used a different DOB - I fixed the accounts so log in works - but check the DOB
