I see his email address is set up correctly in scoutbook but he gets this error:
We are not able to find a scoutbook profile linked to this gmail account.
Who can help?
@TaniaMansuri See if your Scout can log in at my.Scouting.org, first. Then log in to Scoutbook with the same credentials (username and password).
Also, make sure he is logging in to Scoutbook at the correct url:
