Link Scoutbook "accounts"

Hoping to get some assistance here. I am getting a message that my email address is already being used when logging into scoutbook with my BSA credentials. I’ve tried to do what I can to reset username and password combinations and link from My.Scouting, but it’s been unsuccessful. Our Troop guru suggested I make a post here in the forum to get the real experts involved to either link my accounts correctly, or give me other troubleshooting ideas. Kinda stuck and hoping to get this resolved soon.

You have 2 Scoutbook accounts. I will work on merging these.

This is fixed.

I merged your Scoutbook and my.scouting.org IDs. Continue logging in with the ID that you used earlier today.

I believe I am having the same problem. I already had a my.scouting account from my troop and when we registered my kids for cubs the lady from the pack attempted to create me a new account without asking if I already had one. Now I can’t see anything from my kids pack on my account.

Please log all the way out, then log back in again.

You are currently opted out of e-mails from Scoutbook. You can opt back in by logging in to Scoutbook and going to:

My Account → Email

Then switch the opt out toggle.

I am having the same problem. And it looks like my daughter’s account and mine are linked, but hers has more functionality. I am not allowed to create a forum under my name/email/account and am writing this message from hers. This is so confusing.
