Adding a Parent as Den Leader

I have two Scout parents that want to be Den Leaders. Both parents already have BSA ID numbers, have completed Den Leader training and YPT. When I search for them in Scoutbook, it says they can not be found. Do they need to fill out another application for Den Leader and Asst. Den Leader?

Yes they have to fill out an adult application - talk to council
