Adding a Parent Email

Hi. I have a parent who signed up online and whose scout shows in a den, yet the parent is not on the message list. They are not receiving any emails, and I am unable to add one to their account. They said that they’ve attempted to add one twice, but still nothing seems to stick. Help would be appreciated.
