No email appearing for a parent

I have a parent for 3 new scouts. He created an account on I was just able to successfully add him to his kids records in scoutbook, but scoutbook is telling me he doesn’t have an email. I’ve seen his account and the email is there. How can I get help with this?

Right. My expectation was that a account pulled over as a parent connection should already have the email attached. Is that not a good assumption?
