No email appearing for a parent

I have a parent for 3 new scouts. He created an account on my.scouting.org I was just able to successfully add him to his kids records in scoutbook, but scoutbook is telling me he doesn’t have an email. I’ve seen his my.scouting.org account and the email is there. How can I get help with this?

Thank you. Gone into where? Scoutbook? Would they have access to their pack account without receiving the invitation email?

Right. My expectation was that a my.scouting.org account pulled over as a parent connection should already have the my.scouting.org email attached. Is that not a good assumption?
