When I input an event in Internet Advancement the attendees list closes after every single selection. I select an attendee and it closes. I open again and scroll down to select another and it closes. Over and over until I get all attendees added. It took 20 times to get everyone added. It used to allow me to select all attendees and then close. I’m using iPhone accessing through Internet browser.
@WayneTriebold just tried this on iOS on Safari and it worked fine - I clicked Add individual > I could select all I wanted to > click Close > click Save
Well I just tried again and the list disappeared after every single selection. Truly annoying when you have to scroll down through 60 names to find the next one each time. Maybe it’s a user rights issue.

To add a person to an outing it now says “* Sub-unit leaders (i.e. den leader, assistant scoutmaster assigned to a den/patrol) must be assigned to add activity logs to those in their assigned sub-unit.” If I am the advancement coordinator and assistant scoutmaster, how do I get assigned so I can add scouts to a camping event?

How your account is setup you would either need to be an admin or patrol admin - or have your ASM position assigned to a patrol(s)
