I’m unable to add completions for one of our scout’s Welding MB requirements. The system works for the other three Scouts, but not for this scout.
@StevenSchauer - could you post the BSA ID of the scout in question. And what is your role in the unit ?

yes you could have in membership but I just did it for you - I kind of doubt that is issue but was a first guess
Another thing to watch for (although not necessarily applicable in this case) is a pack membership in Scoutbook that is missing an end date. You can find those (and what Donovan revised) in
Scoutbook → … → Unit Roster → Scout’s Name → Scout’s Membership
In principle, any active “membership” in Scoutbook should be listed under the “Current Membership” header. Note that this is distinct from an actual active registration in a pack, which would be a different problem (and not necessarily differentiable from a vestigial “membership” that was just never cleared in Scoutbook).
