Adding Events to Calendar

@edavignon My accounts do have single sign-on with my.scouting and scoutbook.org. I set that up a few months ago, before the site updates. The email address I use for both programs is the same too. I did have more than one ID since our council gave me a duplicate ID when we rechartered, but those accounts are merged. My duplicate account under Scoutbook was cleared up as well.

I filed a support ticket with Scout Book. Should I also send an email? Only asking because I work in IT and when someone submits both, we just get double notifications. I didn’t know if Scoutbooks stuff goes to two difference places.

If you opened a ticket already then sending an e-mail will just generate a 2nd ticket.

I just heard back from Support. They were able to fix me! I’ll be honest, I had little faith since last time I submitted a ticket I waited week, then had to call. My issue still wasn’t fixed. Thanks everyone for the help! It appears it was something they had to fix.
