@edavignon My accounts do have single sign-on with my.scouting and scoutbook.org. I set that up a few months ago, before the site updates. The email address I use for both programs is the same too. I did have more than one ID since our council gave me a duplicate ID when we rechartered, but those accounts are merged. My duplicate account under Scoutbook was cleared up as well.
I filed a support ticket with Scout Book. Should I also send an email? Only asking because I work in IT and when someone submits both, we just get double notifications. I didn’t know if Scoutbooks stuff goes to two difference places.
