Adding members to my recharter

My Scouting Tools Internet Recharter

I am trying to do my re-charter but I am running into a couple issues:

  1. None of my current youth members pulled over from last year.
  2. I am trying to add current and new members but when I choose a youth member it will not allow me to add a primary position in unit, only comes up with a symbol saying no data. I cannot submit the addition without this information.

Hello, I am having the same issues for Post 521, I cannot add new youth as the primary position states no data, the adult side is fine. looks like a programming issue that can be easily resolved. some youth did not transfer over as well. we are a law enforcement post and have the youth and adults go through a background process that includes livescan. some youth came back as not having CBC as they had before.

Recharter SHOULD work for posts now from what I understand - you might need to click the REFRESH button in Recharter

If refresh doesn’t work, you could ask your council registrar to reset the recharter.

I guess I am not really sure what route to take here, the Re-charter is due ASAP, i can’t add members, the refresh doesn’t work, and I have not had any luck getting my Council to reset my charter?
Please help

@philipcloutier Please provide your bsa member number, your unit, and the initials of the individuals who aren’t showing up with a refresh.

I am also having an issue adding new youth members, under Primary Position in Unit it only shows “No Data”

I’m getting an error “This batch cannot be processed” when attempting to register a new scout in rechartering. Same with new adults. I’ve tried uploading the files as zip (not accepted) and as pdf (get the error code listed above). Any advice on what I should do differently to get this to work?

Apologies, the error is actually that the batch cannot be updated.

We are seeing a lot of reports of the batch cannot be updated errors. The developers are investigating.
