I am trying to add completed requirements for the Emergency Preparation merit badge. Scoutbook will only allow me to select scouts if I select the old requirements version (2018) not the new version which they are working on (2025). Does anyone know how to fix this?
You need to go to each:
[Scout]'s Advancement
page in Scoutbook (legacy), click on the name of the merit badge, and change the version year to 2025.
Yeah it sounds like they started on an older version of the MB - they can (for now) continue on that older version
