Our Troop has used Troopmaster since our inception in 2016.
As Advancement Chair and Key 3 Delegate, I am in the process of transferring all of our records over to Scoutbook Plus so we can eliminate paying for Teamsnap and Troopmaster.
Currently, I am attempting to go back in time and add all of our old campouts, dating back to 2022.
I am able to create the event and save it and it shows up on my calendar.
I am able to add both youth and adult invitees and save that.
I am able to go into the event and where it says invitees/attendees, I toggle it to indicate that person “attended”. Then I hit save.
But then when I go into the youth or adult profile, it does not show up in their camping log.
Nor is the item waiting for me in my “Items to Approve” section.
Does anyone know how I can add these past camping events for my older Scouts who are still active and have it show up on their camping log?
