Unit is trying to transfer Scout from their Pack to the Troop, but receives following error:
“Missing addresses for Member ID: 135073755. Please update address in the contact section under Menu > My Profile and retry.”
They’ve checked the addresses multiple times and everything seems to be correct. Is there anything you can do to help?
@LeahGrossi never seen that error - I just synced address you can try again - otherwise might be paper app for that scout - or trying one of the other online methods
It was the parent’s address that was missing. Her address was in there (at my.scouting), but it was not set as “primary”. She should be all set now.
I will let the CM know and have him try again.
